Americans occupy the world with their political theater as if the American elections will decide the fate and future of the world. Once the world is busy with the debate of elections, they put people in the equation of their leadership. So the scene is more dramatic than political.
The world is engaged twice and connects the nerves of minds in pursuing the FIFA World Cup and the debate of the American elections! Does it happen arbitrarily? Or falls within the context of containment and control plans within the programming of human minds to perpetuate the current international order. Former President Donald Trump always refers to the so-called deep state! He is good at marketing his political goods and ideas and his skill in making deals. The man is not mysterious and the US presidency has already issued and proved his worth in managing some sophisticated files and achieved achievements calculated in his favor at the level of domestic and foreign policy, which we can consider him the pioneer of the rising populism in the West today. Let's go back to the concept of the deep state, and what the deep state does President Trump mean?
First. Does he mean the deep-rooted institutions that run the American system?
Second. Or does he mean lobbying that affects decision-making?

Therefore, the presidential candidate Trump is trying to present himself as an American champion and a safety valve to fill the gaps in the imbalance in the international system, specifically in the events in Ukraine and Israel, or to confront China and its growing economic influence.

He presents himself as a savior of America and warns of a world war that will break down because of the policy of the Democratic Party, he is against the policy of the Democratic Party and repeatedly announces this and promises to stop it immediately once elected. On the other hand, some believe that Kamala Harris is the most suitable for this strategy, it is just an extension of Biden's policy that did not complete its targets.
Undoubtedly, there is an American train track and the role of any president of the United States of America is nothing more than a train driver and does not have the authority to leave the railway. In the sense that the American presidency is a championship whose hero is not allowed to divert from the scenario decreed for him. But sometimes the hero goes out of the script and steps out plan by adopting a specific approach. Fateful decisions are outside his powers. At the same time, America needs a soft policy to extend its influence on a rapidly changing world, because some recognize that politics is a conflict and try to strike the opponent with blows.
Based on the above, Trump, Biden, and others are just the figureheads of America's politics, where there is a fixed strategy in the United States of America that neither Trump nor others can ever overcome. Especially that decision-making in the United States of America is very complex and the president has the role of spokesman no more, and the maximum authority of any American president is to put options in front of him who has to choose one of them. Therefore, we must recognize the strategy of American policy to assess who is appropriate for the presidency of America after Biden. Then the Americans know very well those who follow a policy of waving the thick stick to achieve victories through negotiation and forcing the opponent to make concessions in the sense of (the policy of softness or elasticity of power). Under this, we will know who performs the role of president.
