MOZAIK RH IS STEPPING UP IN ITS DEPLOYEMENT UNDER SAID HAMMOUCHE´S LEADERSHIP------------------
Winner of the call for expressions of interest #TremplinAsso, organized in February 2019 by the Ministry of the City and Housing, the Mozaïk RH group has just been given an additional budget of € 1.4M and d '' support over three years to increase, in the departments, its expertise in recruiting talent from less privileged areas. Objective: transfer skills to 50 operators wishing to implement local economic inclusion procedures. These operators will be trained in the methods developed over the past eleven years by Mozaïk RH, methods which have led to more than 7,000 recruitments of candidates.
Several local operators have already expressed interest in the approach. These are mainly structures that affect young people looking for work in the priority areas of city policy (neighborhood associations, etc.). The approach will be carried out jointly with the public employment service. By allowing Mozaïk RH to develop its expertise on a larger scale, the ministry confirms its ambition to reduce the unemployment rate in the districts where it is 2.7 times higher than the rest of the agglomerations (source: National Observatory of the policy of city “‹“‹- 2018). ABOUT THE CALL FOR EXPRESSIONS OF INTEREST #TREMPLINASSO------------------------------------------------------
The call for expressions of interest, Tremplin Asso, launched in February 2019 by the Ministry of the City and Housing, is endowed with 45 million euros, for 3 years. It will contribute to the funding and support of 44 projects led by associations so that they can deploy them more widely in the priority neighborhoods of city policy. These actions are carried out around four themes: employment, integration, economic development; education, early childhood, parenting; social ties, culture, sport; housing, living environment.
